Last weekend I went to Chicago to see my musical-hero Peter Wolf perform
at the Park West.  His most recent CD, and his last two before that, are
masterpieces.  If you love blue-eyed-soul, check out "Midnight Souvenirs."

Oh yeah, I got to meet him after the show too and have my picture taken.

Our friend Joe Karstens will be opening the show at either 8:30 or 9
o'clock.  Joe was in the band the QKUMBRZ, worked and recorded with John
Mellencamp, and just recently opened up for Scott Miller when he played
Bettendorf a month or so ago.
